A Commitment to Career Development
Bayshore Home Health provides a full mentorship and preceptorship program within all of its Ontario branches. In addition, our Professional Practice Council provides a structure to develop administration and leadership skills for nurses, while promoting teamwork and empowerment.
Bayshore Home Health has partnered with the Registered Nurses Association of Ontario by piloting the RNAO orientation program for nurses in home health care. The program teaches our nursing leaders how to train our nursing staff to deliver home care in a supportive, comprehensive and informative way.
