POSITION: FIVE (5) PERMANENT PART-TIME REGISTERED NURSES
 DEPARTMENT: REGIONAL DEMENTIA CARE SERVICE
 SITE: NBRHC – KIRKWOOD PLACE (SUDBURY)
 HOURS: ALL SHIFTS AS REQUIRED
 Qualifications and Technical Competencies

-Current registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario as a Registered Nurse required.
-Current Certification in CPR required
-Current First Aid required
-Good working knowledge of the College of Nurses of Ontario Standards of Nursing Practice required
-Knowledge of applicable legislation (i.e. Mental Health Act, PHIPA, QCIPA, etc.)
-Demonstrated ability in therapeutic and interpersonal communication skills required
-Computer application experience required
-Must demonstrate commitment to ensure their safety, the safety of fellow workers, patients, volunteers, and visitors
-Must support and contribute to a culture of safety and prevention of adverse health events in this organization
-Good attendance and work record required
-Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset

Criminal Reference Check: recent, within two (2) months is a requirement
