As a front line nursing leader, our RN & RPN Supervisors provide support and education to groups of nursing and/or personal support staff ensuring safe, quality, ethical care provision. In this role you are responsible for the full range of nursing leadership activities such as client assessment, performance management, care management and advocacy. You act as a liaison with community agencies, stakeholders and provide client specific, as well as group education, to front line staff.
